Craig Immel, a LEED Accredited Professional, has more than 11 years of continuous experience in the real estate and construction industry, and has diverse experience in land and real estate brokerage, all phases of residential and commercial development and construction, and over 6 years of specialized experience in green and energy efficient building techniques. 

Craig has provided pre-construction and estimating services to residential and commercial Owners, Architects and Construction Managers, preparing quantity surveys, construction budgets and schedules, as well as sustainability, constructability and value engineering reviews to support the financial and environmental success of projects collectively valued at over US$500M.  Projects include several LEED-NC projects, 2 LEED-ND Pilot projects, 2 LEED-H projects, and several other large multifamily, hospitality and higher education projects implementing sustainable design and construction strategies. 

Craig Immel holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Oklahoma State University.  Craig is also an Enterprise Green Communities Pre-approved Green Design Charrette Facilitator, a Living Building Challenge Volunteer Ambassador, an IGSHPA Accredited Ground Source Heat Pump Installer, and has recently served as an item writer and reviewer for the US Green Building Council's LEED AP - Neighborhood Development exam.
