At GPF, our goal is to mobilize private capital to help lead America's transition to an economically, environmentally and socially sustainable built environment.
Leverage of the new economy's opportunities is key to GPF's investment strategy. With several green real estate funds in development, we plan to enter a value-minded market to acquire well-located properties that have high potential for green retrofits and geothermal energy. Our first funds may open in Q2 2012.
